What is your refund and return policy? 

If there is an issue with your order we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. In order to resolve cases, please contact us within 15 calendar days from when you submitted your order.   

When contacting us with an issue, please be sure to include photos for our reference. You may contact us with your pictures and comments at contactus@ManifesThat.com .   

As some of our items are handmade, there may be variations between or even within an order. For custom printed orders, they are non-refundable. Non-refundable items will be mentioned under their individual product descriptions on our website. We apologize for this and hope that as we grow bigger, we can have the resources to change this policy.   

All returns are handled on a case by case basis, and we will do our best to make sure you are happy at the end of the process.    

A 10% re-stocking fee may be applied on a small number of our products as some of our suppliers request this. We apologize for this inconvenience. All returned items should be in good condition and can be re-sold, unless the item came to you already damaged.    

If you simply no longer want the product and it came in normal condition, it can be returned within 10 calendar days from when it arrived to your recipient address. While we will refund you the cost of the product, unfortunately we cannot pay for your return shipping cost in this scenario unless it arrived already damaged. Once a decision is made to return your product or products, please note that it must be received within 10 calendar days.    

How long will it take for my order to be shipped and how long is the shipping? 

It can take 1 to 4 business days for orders to ship out (excluding holidays). Once the order is in transit, it can take 2-7 business days to arrive to its recipient address. We have this variation in transit times as some customers may live farther away or in more remote communities. Also, please note that delays out of our control may happen due to such things as extreme weather, high shipping volume with our shipping carriers (especially around holiday periods), etc. We apologize if these shipping times may cause some inconvenience.    

What if I’ve made an error with my order? 

If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, we require that you contact us as soon as possible. Please note that there is a chance that the order will have already been in transit to your recipient address. In this case, we may not be able to recall your order, and you will unfortunately have to pay for the return shipping. We apologize for this inconvenience and policy, and again as we grow bigger, we hope to make return shipping free of charge.   

Cancellations will be allowed before your package is shipped. We will give you a full refund if your package has not shipped out yet.  

What if my product was damaged or has missing items due to transportation or something like a manufacturer damage/error?  

In these cases, please immediately contact us and keep all the broken items as well as all packing materials together. After we get the confirmation of the damaged/missing items (in the form of you emailing us pictures), we will gladly refund you the damaged/missing items' full value or re-send new items to you. All damages need to be reported within 7 calendar days after the date of its arrival to your recipient address.

Can customers (also referred to as friends at ManifesThat) who reside outside of the U.S. purchase from ManifesThat.com? 

We are sorry, but at the moment our answer is no. We only ship to friends within the U.S. at the moment. However, we are interested in expanding to other countries in the future, so please subscribe to our mailing list and re-visit our website when you can.
